September has been a month of just WAITING . . . . and paperwork . . . . and WAITING . . . and paperwork . . . and WAITING some more. There is a delay in the paperwork process because one of the doctors offering his services pro bono just got married and is on a two week honeymoon. We are waiting for him to return so the paperwork can continue.
